その他の特記事項 We are planning to remodel the deck as well as expand the Basement under the deck in the spring. This family friendly home is perfect for large family gatherings or vacationing with friends! ゲストの立ち入り範囲 Guests will have access to the whole house, excluding the master closet, the pantry, the downstairs office, and storage area. We are close to it all. The far wall in the basement will not be painted the same color as the rest of the basement due to the remodel being pushed out. Since this is our personal residence we will also have it all decked out for Christmas just waiting for Santa to leave presents under the tree! Location is everything with this house! お部屋 Come enjoy all that the mountains have to offer in our own Personal Residence and family friendly home nestled in between Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons! I would ask that our guests keep the sliding door in the basement closed. Our kid-friendly backyard includes a sports court, trampoline, swingset, and views of the city.
